Update, Play it again Sam!

Needing forgiveness, had a mental breakdown most recently!

I blew another computer monitor,this is the second one in about ten years.

Not to bad, I do that about every five years. Whatever monitor I send to computer

heaven,seems my original investment of a brand new G-4,macintosh in 1999; has more than payed for a few monitors.It has several thousands of words on it.A neat way to save my writings over the years.Best investment I evah! made.

Mwah! Well I’m walking again, after being wasted by a doctor who thought he was a cardiac physician? I had been taking (5) got that five, heart medications

up till 2006 when all those little notices on the bottles those which say, “don’t

drink while driving”.& do not operate machinery while taking?// I wondered why

I was passing out all the time, go figure? Well after last November when I passed

out three times. the third broke my right hip, Swinging wasn’t the word for it?

So I’m just now returning to walk all over again.Dropped somewhere’s along the way is about 170lbs, yep! I was pretty heavy, started at 320lbs, Still losing, what

a great God we have. If I had it all to do over again, I’d gladly provide this old tired body for proving God works for me,righteous dude!!!!!

Met some great people ,in and out of the hospital, love  my rehab,wish I could

continue on till Jesus Comes again. So now you know what I have been doing these last several months,become a health nut, love exercising up at 5:00am each and every day,winging it my friends.If I had only given it the opportunity

to see where I was going, I think I would go out and break the other hip?
